The abenetis ERS is a reporting system using 30 business ratios from various parts of an enterprise. Business ratios are attached by their temporal emergence to 3 analysis areas, in order to give businesses the possibility to react promptly on bottlenecks in their business operation. Predominantly the used business ratios refer to the present development of the business. This way the management don't depend on past values, as Reports from the Book-Keeping or Accounting System are based upon, because immaterial values are included as well.
The short reporting period of 1 week (month and year are also available) enables a fast intervention at erroneous trends. Within the evaluations (tables and diagrams) traffic light systematic (red-yellow-green) is showing where the largest weaknesses are found. Also the recommendations for actions/measures obtained from the evaluation are provided with traffic light signals.
Traffic light systematic ensures the concentration on the most important bottlenecks and their removal in the best order for the business. Since bottlenecks develop dynamically, thus are constantly changing, it is simple to follow these changes by the short reporting period of 1 week used by the ERS. The effects of started actions/measures to remove bottlenecks become visible much earlier this way. The ERS could be used with and without plan data. It is independently of an enterprise strategy. Moreover the ERS is independent from industry sectors and thus each enterprise, no matter which size, could use it.
The business ratios used in the ERS represent the most important ratios to enable an effective management and also contains ratios of so-called Softfacts (like employee motivation, etc.).
