Page: 3/5

Liquidity

- your liquid money goes back with stagnating / falling sales numbers
- the accounts receivables are growing faster than the turnover
- the share of overdue accounts receivables rises within the total accounts receivables
- the accounts payables rise, in spite of constant monthly goods application
- Suppliers complain increased because of late payment or threaten with stop of delivery

Organisation

Organisational structure and competences are not fixed unambiguously, or changed often. An Organigram is not available. Workflows are not documented, thus some work is done repeatedly. Decisions are all made by the management. To the employees and customers, products and scopes of business are only little known.

High fluctuation among the employees, and high employee illness rate (> 10%). Sinking motivation with the employees is noticeable. In spite of EDP application employees must look in case of doubt to the files over and over again. Employees only receive information about the business development from news and newspapers, but not from the business management.

Beyond this, it could be farther ascertained, that the business management must have a certain business specialist knowledge (especially: accounting). Thus every enterpriser should know his proceed and costs structure and could understand the evaluations of his tax adviser and controller. Since, otherwise, the enterpriser cannot recognize whether something runs out of the oar.
